He is on secondment from the RAF and replaces Cmdr Rob Dixon who is returning to the Royal Navy after four years.

Wills, 42, first unveiled his beard in August while making a video appearance praising Team GB’s efforts at the Olympics.
He then appeared with facial hair for the first time while in uniform last week at RAF Cranwell.
Meanwhile, he has also written the foreword to a memoir by Rob Burrow’s widow Lindsey about her life with the motor neurone disease campaigner.
Wills presented the former rugby league star with a CBE in January. Rob died in June aged 41.
