THREE STRAIGHT
Woo hoo! It’s a White Sox winning streak!
The White Sox didn’t miss a beat after a winning weekend in Chicago, and Saturday featuring some big offense at that. The Good Guys brought their winning ways AND their bats to Anaheim, and put this one away earlier.
The hero? It’s the resurgent Andrew Benintendi, speeding toward a .700 OPS and on the heels of fellow Andrew, Vaughn, for the club lead.
It was the two Andrews who supplied the power (Benny two homers, Vaughn one plus a triple) to secure the win behind a very strong Jonathan Cannon performance.
Tomorrow, the White Sox try to match their longest winning streak of the season. Whatever you’re feeding these guys pregame, Grady, keep ordering it.
