Queensbury man pleads guilty to rape charge
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The Saratoga County District Attorney's Office announced a Queensbury man pleaded guilty in connection to a sexual assault investigation from 2020. Logan Andreadakis, 26, pleaded guilty to a rape charge.
Andreadakis was arrested in May following an investigation into a sexual assault of a minor. Police say he was accused of having sex with a girl that he was familiar with, who was 14 at the time. The incident reportedly took place in Greenfield in 2020.
At the time of his arrest, he was charged with second-degree rape and third-degree sexual abuse. He was arraigned at the Greenfield Town Court and was released to pretrial services.
On Tuesday, Andreadakis pleaded guilty to the rape in the second-degree charge, a class D violent felony. Andreadakis is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 11, at 11 a.m.
