‘He’s dead weight’ rant furious Love Island fans as they demand show star is axed from villa
LOVE Island viewers have called for one star to be axed after claiming he’s ‘dead weight’.
Following a chaotic Movie Night, the ITV2 reality show said goodbye to TWO Islanders.
Casa Amor stunner Ellie Jackson and bombshell Trey Norman were sent packing after viewers voted for their most compatible couple and they came out bottom.
But now fans are arguing that the wrong couple was eliminated and that Konnor Ewudzi should have left with his partner Emma Milton.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one user wrote: “We need a double or triple dumping because Konnor and Emma are giving nothing.”
A second echoed: “Has Konnor done anything memorable in the villa? I’m trying to think of other seasons where we might have similarly had such dead weight in the villa for so long?”
“Konnor/Emma will be next. Both seem very nice & I think Konnor is one of the hottest guys in the Villa but bring zero entertainment unfortunately,” a third commented.
Another said: “Konner and his girl can go too.”
Last night’s episode (July 7) saw the return of the infamous Movie Night – rebranded as the Love Island Film Festival.
Every islander was confronted with footage of their behaviour in the past few weeks, including their shenanigans from Casa Amor.
From secret snogs to bitchy chats, the islander’s secrets were out in full in some of the most incriminating moments from this series.
It left Uma and Wil’s relationship hanging by a thread, while Grace and Joey got into a heated row.
The tensions continued as Jess told Ayo that she didn’t feel he was “very compassionate” while Mimii reminded him “it’s not about initial attraction, it’s about respect.”
Elsewhere, The Sun has just revealed that one star has sensationally quit the show in scenes that are yet to air.
The person walked after their other half was axed in a shock dumping.
Two more bombshells have also entered the Love Island villa in a last-minute shake-up.
