HAVING regretted her decision to chop her hair chin-length one woman developed a routine to stimulate rapid growth.
She confessed that it involved using an ingredient that many beauty enthusiasts have warned against applying to tresses.
She shared a photo of her now waist-length locks and a snap of how short it was before on Reddit’s Long Hair forum, which has over 501,000 members.
LONG LOCKS
She revealed that it’s been six years since she made the “worst decision” of her life by undergoing a dramatic haircut.
She said without her long locks she didn’t feel like herself.
The Redditor’s box-dyed black hair looked healthy in the recent photo as she revealed growing it was a journey.
“A few botched cuts along the way… and having to learn how to rock my natural hair with no heat styling,” she said, writing under the handle Studentjoblurch.
