She advised quitting smoking as it “accelerates” the aging process.
Lastly, she said it’s important to wear hand protection whenever it’s possible.
“Gloves can protect against environmental damage,” she said.
“Especially if you are handling chemicals, cleaning products, or even just washing up.”
