Shocking moment paedophile headteacher is arrested in chilling cop bodycam footage as he’s jailed for child sex offences
THIS is the shocking moment a paedophile headteacher uttered just one word as he was cuffed by cops for chilling child sex offences.
Bodycam footage showed disgraced Neil Foden, who was found guilty of 19 child sex offences in May this year, as he was arrested.
Video clips revealed the 66-year-old looking stunned as cops questioned him in September last year.
He had been the headteacher at Ysgol Friars in Bangor, Wales, and the strategic head of Ysgol Dyffryn Nantlle in Penygroes,
An officer said: “Mr Foden, unfortunately I need to arrest you on suspicion of sexual touching a child and sexual communications with a child.”
Vile Foden replied “right” before being read his rights – to which he responded “okay”.
The paedo headteacher, of Gwynant in Old Colwyn, was found guilty in May of 19 offences.
He was convicted of 12 counts of sexual activity with a child, two counts of sexual activity with a child in a position of trust, causing or inciting child sexual activity, attempting to arrange the commission of a child sex offence, sexual communication with a child, possession of indecent photographs of a child and sexual assault of a child.
He was found not guilty on one charge relating to a fifth child.
Foden was today jailed for 17 years at Mold Crown Court for the string of offences.
Judge Rhys Rowlands said the defendant was “determined” to satisfy his perverted desires.
He described Foden as a “domineering” and “bombastic” individual “who managed to hide a dreadful secret, an appalling flaw in your character, that being your sexual obsession with young teenage girls”.
The judge said: “Your behaviour was born out of your arrogant sense of your self-worth, such that you believed no one would stand up to you.
“It is clear that you have no remorse.
“You have not shown an ounce of contrition for what you did and you have no insight into the undoubted very serious harm you have caused both to individual victims and to their families.”
Two victims spoke at court today in emotional statements.
One said: “He exploited both my body and mind and I feel tired and constantly sick as a result.”
The other added: “I feel that when he made me go to court to give my evidence he wanted to hurt me for reporting him and, instead of justice, he wanted revenge.”
Meanwhile a third girl, of four abused by the defendant, had a statement read aloud which read: “I believed him when he said he loved me and I was the only one he wanted.
“What Mr Foden has done is evil. It’s hit me hard and I’ll never forgive him.”
Foden previously angered Marcus Rashford over a school meal threat.
It was revealed that he clashed with England strikerwho campaigned to ensure children in lockdown did not go hungry.
In 2021, Foden said pupils at Ysgol Friars school in Bangor, North Wales, would not be fed if their dinner accounts were even 1p in debt.
Man United ace Rashford responded: “Has the pandemic not taught us anything?
“Can we not be understanding? For many, lunch at school is the only meal they’ll get.”
