‘Looks like your nails are running from his red flags’ people cry as bride brags about engagement after years of drama
A WOMAN has come under fire for bragging about her engagement online after she reveals years worth of relationship drama that came before he popped the question.
Posting on Facebook, the woman shared a snap of her engagement ring, but the bling wasn’t what got people talking.
The woman detailed her relationship history that lead to the proposal[/caption]Despite the impressive ring, it was what she wrote in the post that caught people’s attention – as well has her grown out manicure.
“Yes y’all after 14 years of dating, four kids, me putting up with him after being in and out of prison, two baby mama dramas, he also had a secret love child but I forgive him!
“Jobless for 13 years but he finally got a job at Burger King!
“Don’t hate! He is really try in this hard life.
“He proposed today y’all! Patience is a virtue. Y’all can have yours next, just hold him down.”
Her post was then shared in another Facebook group where people slammed her for accepting the proposal.
“The obsession with marriage will be the end of women,” one person commented on the post.
And someone else joked: “You could be next, sounds like a threat.”
“Congratulations but after 14 years and all that other stuff and forgiving, he gave you what you wanted, to be married to his bulls*** for life.
“It was easy to get into all that but it’s gone be hard to get out,” someone else chimed in.
Meanwhile, others were more focused on the woman’s grown on manicure.
“He needs to pay for a refill for them nails first, or she might have to wait for 18 years for that. Know your worth ladies,” one said.
And someone else joked: “Holding onto your man like that nail holding on for dear life.”
Others were convinced the woman bought herself the ring, and not her man.
“Burger King doesn’t pay wages big enough for a diamond that big, so I guess you bought it yourself and made him propose too,” someone commented.
“No way he got that ring on a Burger King budget,” another agreed.
