Here's how much you'd have made betting against the Pistons' winless November
It was a rough November for the Detroit Pistons.
The Pistons (2-17) played in 15 games … and lost all 15 of them. Detroit became just the eighth team in NBA history to go 0-15 or worse in a calendar month, and the first since the Philadelphia 76ers back in 2015.
Detroit was favored in only two games over the course of the month, though — -3.5 vs. Portland on Nov. 1 and -2.5 vs. Washington on Nov. 27 — so it’s not like oddsmakers thought they would be winning too often. But the Pistons also were just 5-10 against the spread in the month.
Since the Pistons also lost on Oct. 30 to the Oklahoma City Thunder, they are currently on a 16-game losing streak. If you had started with $100, bet the opposing team’s moneyline in all 16 games, and rolled over your winnings in between, you’d be up $21,000.
The Detroit Pistons have now lost 16 games in a row
They've been favored in only two of them.
If you bet $100 on every Detroit opponent ML and rolled over the winnings, you'd be up $21,000

The Pistons certainly played better in a 118-112 loss to the New York Knicks on Thursday night, but their upcoming scheduling isn’t very forgiving, outside of a game with the Memphis Grizzlies (Cleveland, Memphis, at Orlando, Indiana, at Philadelphia, at Milwaukee).
When will that next win come?
