Adrienne Bailon-Houghton Hosts Miss USA 2023 Pagent in Shiny Gold 6-Inch Heels
Adrienne Bailon-Houghton hosted the 72nd Miss USA pagent held at the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino’s Grand Theatre yesterday in Reno Tahoe, Nev. Bailon-Houghton co-hosted the star-studded night with Canadian television personality Keltie Knight. The event saw Noelia Voigt of Utah be crowned Miss USA 2023.
During the show, “The Real” host sported a pair of lofty yellow gold platform heels. The sparkly set was comprised of shiny metallic gold uppers that transitioned into a strap-heavy construction that secured her footwear in place. Additionally, Bailon-Houghton’s shoes featured lofty platform soles and 6-inch stiletto heels that raised the presenter to all-new heights.
Matching her heels, Bailon-Houghton wore a slightly sheer gilded floor-length gown. The style was heavily decorated with gold sequins and crystals, offering the star a high-shine effect. The dress featured a structural strapless bodice and a sheer floor-sweeping skirt.
Earlier, she walked the red carpet in a sparkling black gown.
For the occasion, Bailon-Houghton sported a pair of pointed-toe pumps. The footwear included glossy patent leather uppers that transitioned into an arched composition and sharp pointed toes. 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels rounded out the neutral high-shine set, offering the television personality a substantial boost in height.
“The Cheetah Girls” star was outfitted in a sparkling black floor-length gown that was dotted with beaded detailing. The dress was form-fitted and featured a strapless bodice and a daring side slit that traveled up the length of Bailon-Houghton’s leg, stopping mid-thigh.

The Miss USA pageant 2023 was hosted by Adrienne Bailon-Houghton and Keltie Knight, with a judging panel including Nicole Miller, Vivica A. Fox, Patrick Starr and Emina Cunmulaj Nazarian. The competition was broadcast live and showcased 51 accomplished women, each representing one of the 50 states as well as the District of Columbia. Utah’s Noelia Voigt took home the title of Miss USA 2023 Crown and Umasofia Srivastava from New Jersey was crowned Miss Teen USA 2023.
