Tom Brady Coordinates Sneakers With Kids Vivian Lake, Benjamin and Jack Brady at Patriots Home Opener
Tom Brady returned to the football field — complete with sharp sneakers — for a special moment on Sunday. Brady was honored at a halftime ceremony by his former football team, the New England Patriots, at Gillette Stadium, during the team’s opening game against the Eagles — Patriots lost by 25-20.
For the occasion, the award-winning athlete strolled onstage in a set of light beige sneakers. His low-top style featured rounded toes and lace-up fronts, complete with deeper brown rubber soles for a tonal, classic finish.
Brady’s shoes added a warm complement to his casual attire for the occasion: a Patriots jersey and black denim jeans. However, that wasn’t the only shoe statement made onstage. The football star was joined during the occasion by children Vivian Lake, Benjamin and Jack Brady, as well.
In a sporty twist, all three kids wore monochrome white sneakers, which created a coordinated family moment. Lake opted to wear a leather style with low-top uppers, while Benjamin laced into a set of running-style shoe with mesh users and textured rubber outsoles. A flat leather low-top pair by Nike — worn by Jack — rounded out the trio.
Brady’s return to the field was met with enthusiasm by fans and guests in attendance, due to his lengthy career with the Patriots — who he joined in 2000, marking over 22 years of athletic accomplishments with the team. However, his retirement won’t keep him from football for long; in 2024, Brady will return as a football commentator for Fox, according to Sporting News.
When it comes to fashion, Brady’s styles are often versatile and casual, featuring lace-up and Chelsea boots and low-top sneakers from luxury brands including Tom Ford. Off-duty, he’s also been seen in Ugg boots and Under Armour sneakers. Brady has served as a top fashion world figure over the years, starring in campaigns for Ugg and Tag Heuer and co-chairing the Met Gala in 2017. Most recently, he launched his own apparel brand, Brady, in 2022.
Lake’s shoe style is casual and versatile. For athletic occasions, the youth can be seen in lace-up and Velcro-strapped sneakers from brands including Under Armour. When off-duty with family, Lake also wears flip-flops, flat sandals and leather sneakers, as well.
