Josh Brolin is hard at work on his new movie!
The 57-year-old Oscar-nominated actor chatted with some crew members as he took a quick break from filming his upcoming thriller Whalefall near the water on Monday (June 23) in San Pedro, Calif.
Josh was seen showing off his fake tattoos as he went shirtless while wearing dark-faded jeans, a purple baseball hat, and boots.
Whalefall, which is an adaption of Daniel Kraus‘ novel of the same name is described as “The Martian meets 127 Hours, centering on a scuba diver in search of his deceased father’s remains who gets swallowed by an 80-foot, 60-ton sperm whale and has only one hour to escape before his oxygen runs out. After giving up on life, the young man is surprised to find a reason to live in the most dangerous and unlikely of places,” according to Deadline.
Directed by Brian Duffield, the movie also stars Austin Abrams.
Later this year, Josh will be starring in the new Knives Out movie, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Story. Watch the first teaser trailer and find out the release date here!
