Meet the Ultra-Rich Brownie Recipe The Pioneer Woman Calls the 'Wave of the Future' for Her Family
Chocolate can change your life — everyone who’s had a bite of this rich delicacy can attest to that! — but Ree Drummond’s latest recipe takes it one step further. The Pioneer Woman just shared a delicious chocolate brownie recipe that she calls the “wave of the future” for her family, and oh my goodness it looks so yummy.
Drummond shared instructions for her Chuckwagon Brownies on Food Network’s YouTube Channel. Start by melting two sticks of butter on a stove (we told you it was rich!). Next, you’ll mix the brownie batter directly into the pan because easy cleanup is always a good idea. The recipe calls for two types of sugar, chopped chocolate, and a few more wet ingredients, which she stirs with the butter.
Dry ingredients go in the pan next, including espresso powder to “deepen that rich chocolate flavor.” And that’s it! Pour the batter into a greased baking pan, add some more chocolate chunks, and bake — it’s that easy.
“Easy desserts like this are going to be the wave of the future in my house,” Drummond says in the video. And we totally agree with that! Half the time we’re tempted with box dessert mixes because they’re easier, but if whipping up a tasty treat is this quick, then we’ll do it much more often.
Drummond is the queen of fast and delicious desserts. Like her Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookies, which she calls the “best cookies in the world.” These take just about 10 minutes to make!
