Hunt, Hook and Cook: Grilled fish and fish tacos at Uncle T's Oyster Bar
SCOTT, La. (KLFY) -- Despite the inclement weather in Vermilion Parish, Hunt, Hook and Cook was able to cook some fresh seafood with Anthony Hebert who is the owner of Uncle T's Oyster Bar in Scott.
Hebert whipped up the KLFY team the Uncle T's Taco Tri-eaux that included, three flour torillas with grilled fish, pico de gallo, lettuce, pepper jack cheese and the classic Landry Sauce.
In addition, Hebert also served the a savory seafood basket filled with grilled fish, hush puppies and some big ole' waffle fries.
Although the weather conditions weren't ideal this time around, the Hunt, Hook and Cook team looks forward to trying out one of the three of our most popular waterways mentioned before and see what else Hebert has in store in Uncle T's kitchen.
