OOPS: Outgoing Democrat Rep. Jamaal Bowman Gets Blown Up After Posting Insane “Dear White People” Twitter Rant Following Daniel Penny’s Acquittal

One of the dumbest members of Congress stepped in it one last time before leaving office.

As Jim Hoft reported, Penny on Monday was found not guilty after more than 24 hours of deliberation across five days. Penny had pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide following an altercation in which he placed Neely in a chokehold.

The prosecutors later dropped the manslaughter charge to con the jury into finding Penny guilty of the ‘lesser’ charge.

The trial of Penny centered around the events on May 1, 2023, when an unhinged Neely boarded an F train, displaying erratic behavior, including shouting threats at passengers. Penny placed Neely in a chokehold, a technique he had learned during his military service, for several minutes, after which Neely stopped moving and was later pronounced dead.

Neely had been arrested 42 times over the past decade for various offenses including trying to kidnap a little girl. At the time of his death, Neely had an active warrant for an alleged assault.

But Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), who is best known for pulling a fire alarm in the Cannon Building to shut down Congress, decided to play the race card following American hero Daniel Penny’s acquittal earlier this week.

“Dear White People, I don’t know why I feel the need to keep talking to you,” Bowman wrote. “I don’t know why part of me still has hope for you and for us. Some of you are too far gone. But maybe enough of you aren’t and will join us in fighting to end white supremacy.”

“I just wanna call out the hypocrisy and evil of it all and just continue to hope. I won’t rely completely on you because I know what’s most important is to work with my community and other like-minded allies in the fight for justice. But I guess I’ll just offer this,” Bowman added. “I am 48 years old and I have seen countless incidents of brutal police violence and killings in my lifetime.”

Bowman then went on to mention Rodney King, George Floyd, and other so-called victims of police brutality before returning to Neely and Penny.

“Jordan Neely is the latest. He was sick. He was not a threat. He was subdued. Still not a threat. Daniel Penny choked him for 6 minutes. And killed him. We all watched it on camera, and he was still acquitted,” he whined.

Then he returned to lecture white people on their nonexistent privilege.

“I’ve left out probably another hundred instances of this trauma in my life. For comparison, I ask white people, how many times have you seen a white man killed in cold blood on camera on your newsfeed? How many times have you even heard about this?” Bowman inquired.

“The answer is never. You never have. And whenever you feel discomfort from your whiteness, Black people are harmed or killed. And there is never accountability or justice. This is the evil of white supremacy. It spans across geography and political parties and sickens us all,” he asserted without evidence. “I wish I didn’t have to live with all of this trauma deep in my bones.

I wish I could just be free to be me. I marvel at the beauty and greatness of my people in spite of white supremacy. It’s extraordinary. That is what I will continue to lean on.”

After posting this insane, race-baiting thread, social media users absolutely destroyed Bowman in response. As one can see, many of the posters reference Bowman’s fire alarm stunt while ripping him.
