Supporter Information: Dundee (A)

Hibs travel to Dundee in the William Hill Premiership on Saturday 23 November, kick-off 5:45pm.

With over 1,000 Hibees expected to make the journey to Dens Park, supporters are asked to note the following information before travelling.

TICKETING & ENTRY

Tickets can be purchased online direct from Dundee.

Tickets can be purchased up until 6pm today (15 minutes after kick-off).

With the game kicking off at 5:45pm, turnstiles will open at 4:45pm.

STADIUM CATERING

Please note that payment for catering at Dens Park is available via both cash and contactless payment.  

PARKING

Please take note of any parking restrictions around the stadium, including any roads that may be subject to temporary closures or coned off areas.

Also be aware that resident-only parking zones are now in operation around Dens Park. Fines and tow-aways will be in operation if cars are parked illegally.

TRAVEL

Those travelling to Dens Park should be aware of weather warnings associated with Storm Bert this weekend. You are asked to check the weather and your travel route, adjusting the journey accordingly.

Please plan your journey carefully.  

The Queensferry Crossing has been closed in both directions for safety reasons. Traffic will instead divert onto the Forth Road Bridge.

We have also been advised of roadworks on the A90 north of Perth that are likely to add at least 20 minutes to travel time.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT

We remind all supporters that anyone caught in possession of pyrotechnics, caught throwing objects, causing damage, entering the trackside or field of play or bringing bottles/cans into the stadium can expect action to be taken.

The Club will continue to support the actions of Police Scotland and the courts in acting against anyone detected carrying out a breach of the Ground Regulations or being involved in Unacceptable Conduct.

Regardless, if we are home or away sanctions against any breach may result in the individual facing an indefinite Club Ban, a Football Banning Order or as we have seen elsewhere, a custodial sentence. Please don’t be that person!

The use of pyrotechnics is a criminal offence and action will be taken against those caught in possession on the day and similarly anyone identified through the post-match review of CCTV will face similar sanctions by the Club.

It’s been shown we do not need this at our matches to create an atmosphere. In addition to the toxic fumes that are emitted, the disruption to the match is something not welcomed by the Football Department.   

Your club doesn’t want this, the players don’t want this and from communication we have received, fellow supporters don’t want this. 

Walkways should be kept clear and you are asked to take up your designated seat while watching the match. This is not only a Ground Regulations requirement but also in the interest of the safety of all members of the public.

Football is a place where families come together to support their team and Hibernian Football Club prides itself in being a club for everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, colour, disability, gender, religion, creed, and sexual orientation. Please help us keep it this way.

Finally, please listen to and follow instructions given by Police Scotland, stewards and over the PA System, before, during and after the match.
