SOME of the world’s best snooker stars will be showcasing their talent at the Wuhan Open 2024 – and the winner is in line for a huge sum of prize money.
World No 1 Judd Trump made history last year after becoming the first-ever player to lift the Wuhan title by beating Ali Carter 10-7 in a thrilling final.
Judd Trump is the defending Wuhan Open champion[/caption]And as a result, the English icon took home £140,000 for winning the showpiece match alone.
Trump will be hoping for another huge slice of the pie but the likes of Ronnie O’Sullivan, John Higgins and Kyren Wilson will be out to stop him.
However, British Open champion Mark Selby is out of the frame after being knocked out during qualification.

The total prize pot for the second edition of the Wuhan Open Snooker is a staggering £700,000.
And the winner will take home the same amount as Judd Trump did in 2023.
