Born in 2008, Gorman is an attacking midfielder who operates on the right wing for the Championship side.
He is regarded as one of the club’s most exciting young talents after making his England U16s debut earlier this season when he was still 14 years old.
He also holds the record of being the youngest player to score twice in a Premier League U18 fixture, at 14 years and 326 days.
In recent months many videos of the Leeds starlet have gone viral on social media showcasing his incredible skill.
Gorman is now lined up for a record-breaking move to the Etihad.
It is expected Gorman’s fee to move to Manchester will surpass that sum, according to the Athletic.
Gorman is still on schoolboy terms with Leeds and will not be offered a professional contract until his 17th birthday.
And having only just turned 15, this will not be until September 2025.
Meanwhile City, who have one of the most accomplished football academies in the world, are ready to secure English talent.
It was reported that a number of clubs were interested in the Leeds attacker, including Newcastle.
So far this term Gorman has appeared in five games for Leeds U18 and has scored two goals and one assist for the Whites.
