I’m getting a Porsche for giving birth and I deserve it – every woman should get it
MOST mums-to-be will receive a few presents throughout their pregnancy, but these usually include baby clothes or a bunch of flowers.
However, one influencer has revealed how she was given a brand new Porsche while pregnant and thinks it’s what women deserve.
Singer Kamille might be a Grammy award winner, but the musician has become better known for her lavish lifestyle.
Earlier this year, The X Factor voice coach shared how her husband, Tomi, had gifted her the car and joked that it was a ‘push present’.
With her pregnancy journey almost over, Kamille and her husband collected the luxury vehicle from their local dealership – filming the experience for TikTok.
However, it wasn’t the only lavish gift given to the singer – who also received flowers, multiple cards and even alcohol free white wine whilst picking up the Porsche.
Staff even presented her with a branded steering wheel rattle – much to the delight of her car mad husband.
Though most of us would be more than content with one luxury car, Kamille admitted that her new ride was actually a replacement.
“I literally found that I couldn’t even get into the G Wagon anymore, because it was just too high” she explained, adding: “I was literally pulling myself into it and I just thought I’m pregnant I need to be serious.”
However, she wasn’t quite ready to give up the luxury off-roader – especially as a second-hand version costs over £90,000.
“…maybe once the baby is here I can get back into the G Wagon,” she cheekily added.
Despite the staggering cost of her growing car collection, the mum-to-be insisted that she ‘deserved’ the new Porsche.
As she rubbed her bump, the caption read: “We’ve been working so hard! This new car is a gift to me for bringing whole new human into the world!”
In another clip, Kamille told fans: “Moments like this in my life I never take for granted…I’m so happy about this because I deserve this.”
Just like a kid with a new toy, she then excitedly showed off her new Porsche – which was in a rather appropriate baby blue colour.
After sharing the news on TikTok, her video rapidly went viral with it gaining over 1.9 million views.
Though the car was incredibly luxurious, some commenters weren’t impressed with the gift with one even cruelly calling it a ‘push incentive’.
Others complained about their less impressive ‘push presents’, with another writing: “My push present was a kid who woke 5-7 times a night till he was 2.”
A third then added that they’d received a pillow with the words ‘super mum’ on it after giving birth.
However, there were plenty of fans who felt Kamille was more than entitled to the pricy present.
“This is the side of TikTok we must encourage … women being treated as the queens they are,” gushed a fourth TikToker as she congratulated the mum-to-be.
“Smiled the whole way through this video everyone deserves a push present…enjoy,” added a fifth.
With rides like these, Kamille’s little one should be more than happy when mum picks them up from the school gates.
