Big Brother’s Chanelle breaks silence on Jordan’s romance with Henry after he’s branded a ‘game-player’
BIG Brother star Chanelle Bowen has defended Jordan after he was branded a “game-player” for kissing Henry on last night’s show.
Many fans are convinced that lawyer Jordan, 26, is using Henry and is being “tactical” in a bid to make it to the final.
Last night, Jordan and food critic Henry enjoyed a passionate snog in bed, before smooching in the hot tub.
Some are sceptical that Jordan could be turning on the romance with Henry to give viewers a reason to keep him in the house.
Newly-evicted housemate Chanelle exclusively told The Sun about their romance: “I would hate to think that Jordan would play on someone’s emotions like that. I hope that’s not the case.
“I do think Henry does have some really genuine feelings there.
“Jordan is a lovely guy and I would hope that’s not the case and he’s not stringing Henry along.”
Chanelle said she clocked that there was a “love triangle” in the house but said the other housemates “respected” their privacy and did not want to question them.
She said: “It’s so bizarre and I don’t think people actually quite believe but when I was in the house, I genuinely didn’t know that anything was going on really. It was hush hush.
“I had some conversations with Matty, where he said there is no love triangle, it’s a straight line.
“He didn’t want to say anything else because he kept saying it’s Jordan’s business and it’s quite personal and I have to respect that.
“I was like fair enough, I don’t want to gossip about someone’s business, that’s quite personal to them, so I respected that, I didn’t try to dig for anymore.
“The only thing that we could kind of piece together was that Jordan might have liked Matty, Matty didn’t really like Jordan but Henry liked Jordan.”
In recent weeks fans of the ITV show have been confused about their relationship as Jordan has been flirting with housemate Matty.
However in recent weeks it’s been clear that Jordan and Matty have been flirting – which has left Henry devastated.
Jordan recently told Henry that their relationship is platonic but it looked like things had changed during last night’s instalment.
The pair enjoyed a number of kisses and looked cosy in the hot tub.
It comes after former housemate Hallie revealed that Henry and Jordan’s chemistry is off the scale.
“I didn’t see the romance brewing at first but I’ve seen a spark with Jordan and Henry, but I was never aware that there was a little triangle, they lay very low, they definitely lay very low,” Hallie told us.
“I’m rooting for Henry and Jordan definitely over Jordan and Matty.
“Henry and Jordan are very compatible and cute, it’s amazing and their banter is jokes.”
