Megan McKenna rushed to hospital as she shares pic from emergency room
MEGAN McKenn has revealed she’s in hospital after a procedure on her stomach.
The TV star and singer said she was rushed back to hospital after experiencing a lot of pain following the op.
The ex-Towie star and singer appeared downcast in the snap shared on Instagram to her 3 million followers.
Megan, 31, remained positive as she write over the top: “Hello, I know I told you all I was recovering last week, I had a small procedure in my belly last Monday which has lead some complications inside (its very painful & so uncomfortable to move.”
The star added: “It got worse thursday & was admitted to hospital Friday. All the nurses are so lovely So I’m in good hands. Miss cooking my dinners & sharing with you all.
“Just need some good energy put out for me please so I can be better to put up my tree & cook cute winter dinners.”
The star has suffered a run of bad luck recently after being suffering burns to her face and ear after a horrific accident at her mum’s house.
Her mum had tripped over her dog and scalding gravy landed on Megan’s face.
Megan told how a whole jug of gravy had fallen over her – leaving her with blistering skin on the side of her face and ear.
Showing off the extent of her injuries, Megan continued: “Honestly, you can’t even write it. It’s obviously caught the side of my face.
“It looks so much better now, it’s in the healing process, so it’s a little bit rank. It’s on my nose. I’ve got a huge blister behind my ear. My ear feels like it’s hanging off.”
Fortunately her mum was on hand to help limit any permit damage.
“After it happened, thankfully my mum knew what she was doing,” Megan said.
“She dragged me over to the sink and she was just spraying me with water for half an hour and honestly, if that hadn’t happened, I don’t know what it would have looked like.
“Thank god we were right near a sink and she knew what she was doing. It was a couple of hours of stress.”
The star, who recently got engaged to footballer Oliver Burke, added: “But the reason I wanted to do a little video is because it is my birthday in a couple of days and I want to post and I haven’t posted and I didn’t want you messaging going ‘oh my god what’s happened’.
“Absolute nightmare, but I am on the mend and it’s all good. And I still love gravy.”
