The Athletic reports that Cole Palmer and Rico Lewis could also link up with the national side.
Palmer has impressed since taking a leading role at Chelsea following his summer switch from Man City.
The attacking midfielder will likely act as cover for Tottenham star James Maddison, who had to withdraw from the squad due to injury.
Lewis has looked to be a reliable member of Pep Guardiola‘s Manchester City side despite only being 18.
The utility player who mostly features at full-back enjoyed a breakthrough season last year.
He was rewarded with a new five-year contract at the Etihad for his good performances.
