A NUTRITIONIST has shared the healthy taco bowl recipe she swore by on her own weight loss journey.
The self-described “foodie” demonstrated how to make the meal that helped her lose 100 pounds.
For her first step, the TikToker added a cup of cottage cheese to a bowl.
“Next, pick your protein of choice, I chose ground chicken,” Sylvia explained.
She advised her followers to use Mexican seasoning from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s Everything but the Elote seasoning blend.
For her next step, Sylvia added a quarter cup of shredded cheese to her bowl.
Next, she showed her viewers “the star of the show” the Original B***hin’ Sauce, an almond-based flavor.
After adding two tablespoons of her secret ingredient, Sylvia revealed she was going to eat the mixture straight out of the bowl.
Showing viewers the finished product, she concluded: “This is not pretty but it tastes so good.”
Sylvia revealed the dish clocked in “at around 600 calories for 80 grams of protein.”
She recommended the simple meal for anyone “craving a taco bowl” while trying to eat healthy.
