I live opposite one of world’s busiest theme parks, people are jealous but all I can hear is people screaming all day
EVERYBODY loves a theme park. There’s cotton candy, fun rides to go on, booth games where you win a little stuffed toy animal and loads to entertain the kids.
But the one thing people don’t really consider is what it must be like for the people who live in the same area.
She said all she can hear is screams[/caption]Day after day, they hear the sounds coming from the park, from screams to game noises.
And one person who understands this better than anyone is Ki, who took to her social media to share a short clip of her situation.
In the video, viewers could see a large green slide in the shape of a tube going down towards the ground.
Next to this, there was a large structure that people could go up before jumping on a ride.
“Sometimes it doesn’t feel real that I live in a tourist attraction town in FL,” she wrote over this.
“Like do y’all hear the screams I gotta hear at my red lights,” she added, followed by four crying emojis.
People were quick to comment on TikTok user @kaithecreative’s clip as one person asked if it was Rapids Water Park.
Ki replied: “girl idk tbh [crying emoji] I think it’s Volcano Bay”.
Another said Universal’s Volcano Bay Water Theme Park “slaps”, adding “that blue slide especially”.
While some seemed jealous of where she lives, others couldn’t help but relate.
“I live neat Six flags and I’m convinced I hear the screams from my backyard,” one person wrote.
Another said: “Me driving through disney to get my groceries”.
A third shared: “driving past legoland is a regular thing and that’s crazy,” as a fourth explained: “I HEAR THE TRAIN FROM BUSCH GARDENS”.
While a fifth added: “I go to school right by Uni and Volcano Bay, sometimes if it’s quiet enough you can hear the rides and screaming,” followed by a crying with laughter emoji.
