I’m a mum & did a M&S freezer shop for just £35, there’s a must-have item and I refuse to eat any other brands
ONE mum has revealed the £35 freezer food shop she did at M&S for quick and healthy dinner ideas during the week.
Kaye Marie, a mum of one, shared her food haul on TikTok, revealing the must-have item she won’t buy from any other brand.
Kaye stocked her freezer up for just 335 in M&S[/caption] The mum managed to bag lots of easy meals for during the week[/caption] She revealed the spicy rice was the only pre-made rice she would ever buy[/caption]In the TikTok video, she said: “I’ve been in Marks and Spencer‘s and got five meals to put away in the freezer for quick and easy meals when we’re on the go.”
In the comments of the post, Kaye revealed it cost her £34.99 to be exact.
First the mum picked up her favourite pre-cooked rice form any supermarket, the M&S spicy rice.
She said: “I love fresh rice, but the only pre-cooked rice I will eat is Marks and Spencer’s.
“It is stunning.
“10 out of 10.
“Tastes better than Nando’s.”
She then grabbed two chilli marinated chicken, a bag of mixed vegetables and some potatoes so she can make a shephards pie.
She also grabbed some asian chicken wing kebabs for her son as well as some chicken meatballs for a quick dinner.
Kaye also picked up her staple BBQ chicken flatties which are perfect for tea when you’re in a rush.
The mum added: “I love these just for the freezer.
“Really quick with a flatbread when Louis on the go and he’s got boxing or whatever.”
The busy mum, who runs her own boutique, also grabbed a new item to try, rump steak burgers with nacho cheese sauce to have for ‘cheat night,’ which she’ll pair with some potato wedges.
For a healthy protein snack she bought her son some BBQ chicken wings, and she bagged herself some salted caramel ricecakes.
Lastly, she picked up some mini tortillas wraps.
Kaye was thrilled she managed to bag five meals for just £35 and people were quick to share their thoughts in the comments of the video posted to her account @kayemarie53.

“I’ve swapped from Aldi to M&S,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “That’s really good.”
