A SKINCARE pro has revealed what your spots really mean – and apparently where they are on your face is a clue as to what’s causing them.
Alice Williams shared that blemishes on your forehead suggest you’re not getting enough sleep, with the ones on your chin mean you need to change up your diet.

Known online as @alicewillliams, the content creator regularly shares tips on dealing with your period and hormone fluctuations.
In a new TikTok, she said: “What your acne spots mean.”
During the 16-second video, Alice is seen drawing spots on a Barbie doll to show the area she’s discussing.
She added: “Forehead equals not enough sleep.
“Cheek [means] dirty pillowcase.
“Hairline [suggests] stress [or] not using the correct products.”
The hormone expert also suggested that spots around your mouth and chin could be warning you about your diet or your stress levels.
She continued: “Around mouth = diet.
“Chin equals hormonal [or] stress.
“Nose [means] not enough sleep [or] oil and bacteria build-up.
“Jawline equals not washing your face/stress.”
Fans loved her quick tips, with the video gaining more than 204,200 likes and 5.3 million views.
In the comments, other TikTok users shared their thoughts, with one writing: “Not me sat here on my monthly flo with 3 spots on my chin.”
