* WHERE...In Oregon, Western Columbia River Gorge. In
Washington, Western Columbia River Gorge.
* WHEN...Until noon PST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow accumulations will be closer
to Cascade Locks.
