Is food made in the air fryer more healthy?
The descriptor "healthy" doesn't have any standard definition, so it's hard to say one cooking method is healthy while another isn't. That said, if you share the widely held belief that using less cooking oil is healthier, then food made with an air fryer is healthier than the food you would make in a deep fryer.
