RAPPER Kayne West plans to run for US President in 2024 despite being embroiled in an anti-semitism row.
The Grammy Award winner launched his Ye 24 campaign yesterday with a series of social media posts.
Kanye West has announced his intention to run for president in 2024[/caption]He claimed Donald Trump was “most perturbed” when asked to be his running mate during a meeting at his Mar-a-Lago resort on Wednesday.
Kayne said in a video: “Trump started basically screaming at me telling me I was going to lose”, to which he claimed to reply: “Hold on, you’re talking to Ye”.
He also suggested enlisting disgraced far-right commentator Milo Yiannopoulos, born in Chatham, Kent, as his campaign manager.
It comes after Kanye’s presidential bid in 2020 flopped, gaining just 70,000 votes.

The Power musician has since been stripped of multiple brand deals over his recent comments about Jewish people.
He recently stormed out of a TV interview with Piers Morgan after the pair clashed on air.
Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye last year with “irreconcilable differences” cited.
Kanye previously admitted voting for himself during his failed 2020 election bid.
