[Volleyball] Volleyball Places Three on All-GPAC List
Doane Volleyball placed three players on the 2022 Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) all-conference list announced on Tuesday. Jaime Renshaw (SR/Sioux Falls, S.D.) was recognized as a Second Team All-GPAC recipient while Taylor Sluka (SO/Lincoln, Neb.) and Kirsten Bures (SR/Odell, Neb.) were named to the honorable mention list.
Renshaw paced the Tiger attack throughout the year as well as her career. She led the Tigers with 973 assists, 7.85 per set, and was fourth on the team with 149 kills and 49 total blocks. Renshaw was averaging nearly 10 assists per set before the Tigers made a change to a 6-2 offensive attack with her adding right-side attacker to the resume. She led the team with 37 ace serves and 475 digs. Renshaw finishes her career as a four-time All-GPAC performer after receiving honorable mention honors the previous three years.
Sluka led the Tigers with 337 kills this season, 2.72 kills per set, with a .222 attack percentage. She was third on the team with 75 total blocks and added 86 digs on the season.
Bures was second on the team with 285 kills, 2.34 kills per set, and finished with a .147 attack percentage. She picked up 127 digs, 1.04 per set, to go with 35 total blocks.
