PrettyLittleThing has become a go-to shopping site for many – after all, the delivery’s relatively speedy and the products don’t cost a fortune either, so what is there not to love? The fashion fan went on PLT’s website to find a dress, when she stumbled across this green number[/caption]

Not only did the company sent her the dress twice as big as she had originally ordered but the material was also of poor quality and looked nothing like the advertisement.
”Everything about the dress was wrong.”
