Ryan Thomas’s son rushed to hospital and kept in for 24 hours as star shares snap of him in A&E bed
RYAN Thomas and Lucy Mecklenburgh’s son Roman was rushed to hospital and kept in for 24 hours.
The tot has battled serious health issues in the past – including being found “blue” in his cot by his terrified mum.
Last night, actor Ryan said he’d spent the weekend at the hospital with his poorly son.
Sharing a black and white photo of the youngster in a cot in A&E, the doting dad wrote: “Me and my little man have unfortunately been in this situation many times before.
“But this weekend we spent 24 hours in hospital away from home – but wanted to say a massive thank you to all the doctors and nurses at The Cumberland Infirmary for the hard work and dedication in making sure we get the best care possible.
“Me and my boy are home safe because of you. We are truly grateful.”

Last month, little Roman was rushed to hospital with a virus.
Reality star Lucy said she’d been forced to cancel a family holiday after Roman felt ill.
He was on a nebuliser, oxygen, steroids and antibiotics.
At the time, she wrote: “He’s fine he just sometimes needs some help fighting viruses,”

“Bless him. Wish I’d kept him off pre-school and got him to the sunshine sooner.”
She added: “Meant to be on a beach. Whyyy did I send Roman to pre-school this week.”
Almost a year ago, mum-of-two Lucy panicked after finding Roman unconscious.
After calling 999 she helped baby Roman to keep breathing as medics rushed him to intensive care.
Describing what happened in more detail, Lucy told her followers: “When I heard very quiet cries of distress at around 4am I went in his room.

“He was blue/grey, floppy when I picked him up, in and out of consciousness & sick in his mouth.
“I called 999, cleared his mouth and gave him his inhaler.
