Leeds ‘in talks with RB Leipzig’s Tyler Adams and Red Bull Salzburg star Mohamed Camara’ with Kalvin Phillips leaving
LEEDS have reportedly launched talks with RB Leipzig’s Tyler Adams and RB Salzburg midfielder Mohamed Camara.
Jesse Marsch needs to find a replacement for Manchester City-bound Kalvin Phillips.
Salzburg’s Camara could be the pricier option[/caption]The boyhood Leeds fan will join the Premier League champions in a £45million deal.
And according to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Marsch and director of football Victor Orta are keen on two Red Bull players to replace Phillips.
Leipzig and USA regular Adams is high on Leeds’ transfer list.
Marsch handed a then 16-year-old Adams his New York Red Bulls debut against Chelsea back in 2015.

The American also helped facilitate Adams’ move to German-based Red Bull club Leipzig after agreeing to work under Ralf Rangnick.
Marsch said on Adams: “The ceiling is massive for him, everyone can see that.
“I obviously played a part in Tyler, and the relationship with the club, and the eventual move to come here. I knew he’d do well.”
He continued: “I think he’s exceeded my expectations, our expectations.

“There’s been some talk, like I’ve done so much to help Tyler, adapt and do well here. I don’t think it’s hurt, but Tyler is the reason Tyler has been successful.
“He’s a special person, he’s a special personality, he’s a special talent and the ceiling for him is massive. Massive here in Leipzig and in the Bundesliga and beyond.
“So I’m proud to be connected with him and to have played a role in his development and I can’t wait to see where he goes from here.”
Leeds are also keen on Camara, who plays for Austrian-based Red Bull club Salzburg.
Mali international Camara also played for Marsch and is said to be the pricier option.
The Whites look set to lose another key man in Raphinha this summer.
Chelsea are closing in on securing the Brazilian’s services in what could be a £60m-plus deal.
Orta is tracking a number of players to replace Raphinha.
Belgium international Charles De Ketelaere is drawing interest from the Prem outfit.
He netted 15 times for Club Brugge last term.
