Iconic Line of Duty moment voted fans’ all-time favourite — and it’s not the one you might think
LINE Of Duty fans named their favourite moment from the crime thriller as it celebrates the tenth anniversary.
Devotees of the BBC1 cop show, written by Jed Mercurio, voted overwhelmingly in favour of DI Matthew “Dot” Cottan’s infamous “urgent exit required” scene in 2016.

Top choice – with almost a third of all votes – was the dramatic escape from police custody of Dot, played by Craig Parkinson, in the series three finale, when he was revealed as The Caddy.
Let’s face it, it was never going to be Buckles being revealed as H.
It comes as speculations around Craig Parkinson taking the heroic lead role in Doctor Who had recently emerged.
