Carol wrote next to a selection of pics of the house: “So I’ve found my dream home….honestly the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in some stunners.
“Right on the water with a two mile clear swimming beach….crabs, shellfish, bigger fish, mini sharks (well they looked like that to me ), everything going on…”
Meanwhile, earlier today Carol broke her silence on rumours she’s set to make a return to Countdown.
Since Anne Robinson dramatically quit as host earlier this year rumours have been swirling that Carol will go back to the show that made her a household name.

Appearing on Monday’s episode of Lorraine alongside her friend and Celebrity Gogglebox co-star Gyles Brandreth, Carol finally addressed the speculation.
Lorraine said: “Carol, there’s a vacancy on Countdown. You could come back as the host.
“I think it would be a great thing to do.”
But Carol shrugged off the idea, shaking her head slightly and telling Lorraine: “Well, I loved my time with Richard [Whiteley], Richard particularly, we laughed and laughed.
“Everyone who watched, we never said the word ‘viewer’ – they were ‘Countdowners’. It was a family, a very special time and a long time.”
Suggesting the current show has lost a bit of the spark that it had when she was on it, Carol added: “I call that old Countdown, previous Countdown.”
