Casualty spoilers: David crumbles at Ollie’s funeral and Stevie makes revolting mistake at hospital
CASUALTY is set to have a drama-packed week as David breaks down as he struggles to come to terms with Ollie’s funeral.
Elsewhere, Stevie is set to make a HUGE mistake at the hospital, while Faith makes a worrying discovery about Natalia.
David struggles to deal with his emotions[/caption] Stevie makes a grave mistake in losing someone’s severed finger[/caption]In scenes due to air on the BBC One medical soap this week will see nurse Davide Hide struggling to deal with his emotions.
The character has been struggling to forgive himself for not being able to save his son Ollie Hide – who died after a school shooting.
Ollie and his friend Rob planned a mass shooting in a local school in recent traumatic scenes, and had planned to turn the gun on himself.
But despite his pal Rob shooting him and him being rushed to the emergency department, Ollie died from a cardiac arrest in theatre.

Now, Davide is set to be spotted headed to work on the morning of his sons’ funeral instead of making plans at the church.
He is caught at work by Dylan, who voices his concerns and encourages him to relax and prepare for the difficult day.
Instead, David gets busy helping a young girl called Millie – who had been bitten by her dog – but he’s left mortified when he’s recognised by Millie’s mum as the father of the school shooter.
Elsewhere, Faith is seen making a shocking discovery about Natalia – when she is rushed to the ED by her boyfriend Tristan.

Faith discovers bruises on her daughters’ deck, and is horrified to figure out she had a seizure while the couple had sex.
Dealing with the situation badly, she accuses Tristan of mistreating her daughter – and blames Ollie’s shooting for the wider problems.
Meanwhile, Stevie is seen being given the task of preserving patient Bex’s severed fingers, brought in a frozen vegetables bag.
However, she ends up losing the digits when she becomes distracted as Paul faints at the sight of the fingers.
While the drama is going on – David leaves the room at the hospital, unwittingly allowing young patient Millie to escape.
He finds her hiding in the store cupboard, having found the missing finger that Stevie is looking for.
David and Millie have a heart-to-heart about Ollie – but when her mum finds them together, she is FURIOUS, and makes a complaint.

As Faith makes amends with her daughter and Tristan, she apologises to David before he heads to Ollie’s funeral.
With the support of his colleagues, and having opened up to Millie, David finally finds the courage to say a few words at the memorial.
