Posting a photo from the car to her Instagram stories, Stacey told fans she’d been in touch with a woman from the dog rescue centre about getting a new dog.
“Been speaking to the incredible lady at the dog rescue all day and now we are off on a little late night adventure to meet a little fur baby who’s being fostered and needs a home and our home & family could be a good match,” she captioned the post.
“We are taking peanut and the little pickles to meet him.”
She added: “I hope you’re having a lovely Sunday.”
Stacey’s trip to the dog rescue comes after she to revealed an impressive shrine to her late pooch.

The shrine sits under the sprawling magnolia tree in the backyard of her £1.2million Essex home.
She took a video as she laid out a candle and rocks that had been placed in Theo’s old water bowl as she went to visit the garden grave.
She filmed as she showed off the stunning plaque that had been placed where the sweet dog – who died in December age 11 – was laid to rest.
“Our darling Theo, we were so lucky to love you and we will never stop,” the emotional sign read. “Sweet dreams, Fifi. 2010 – 2021.”
Stacey continued to film as she showed off the flowers she had laid, as well as the bench that had been placed next to the grave for her to “sit and have a cuppa”.
“We had a memory plaque made for Theo,” the Loose Women star captioned the post. “She lays underneath the magnolia tree.
“The most beautiful tree in the garden but it never blooms for long enough, just like you Theo. We miss you.”
She detailed of the bench: “I pulled a bench over so I can just sit and have a cuppa with her. Peanut just sat here looking at everything. He never just sits.”
Stacey signed off the emotional post by calling her remaining pet Peanut “special” as she said he “really broke her heart” at Theo’s graveside.
