LOUISE Thompson has admitted she’s “cried 20 times this week” in candid Instagram post about being a mum.

Louise recently took to Instagram again to update her fans with how she’s been feeling and shared her list of “positives” from the past week.
Her tenth pointed highlighted that crying has made her “feel so much better” over the past seven days.
Louise said: “Oh I forgot to mention I’ve cried about 20 times this week which makes me feel so much better and I feel that every cry is a huge achievement because it means I’m not bottling anything up.”
In the lengthy post, the new mum opened up about her mental health.
She told fans: “60,000 thoughts passing through my head each day. If I can try and get 30,001 of them to be non anxious thoughts then I am sort of winning. Honestly I’ve never known anxiety like it. It feels inexplicable. But it’s not, and I’m starting to make sense of it .”
Louise also wanted to share how much she has appreciated the love and support she’s received over the weeks.
She continued: “I want to say a big thank you to everyone for the outpouring of love, your kind words, your cards, flowers, gifts and your super supportive/constructive messages… most of all I want to thank you for being so patient, sorry if I’m being slow.
“The days are moving strangely quickly and I can’t seem to get much done.
“Even thinking about that sends me into a bit of a panic. I don’t know whether I want to speed up the healing, or slow down the precious moments.
“Unfortunately this week hasn’t been as easy as last week, but like any ‘transformation’ i know it won’t be linear, instead my road to recovery will take the form of a jagged line… much like my fitness transformation all those years ago.”
But she explained that she’s found that journaling has helped her, but feels like speaking to people is what works best for her.
She told her fans that she managed to talk herself out of the “I’m going to die mentality”, went for food with fiancé Ryan Libbey and Leo, attended an appointment alone and went for a walk.

It comes days after Louise shared a lengthy post about her experience with PTSD following on from the traumatic birth.
She explained that she is suffering from “depressive panic episodes” that leave her “unable to function” and spent New Year’s Day in A&E.
The fitness influencer previously gushed over fiancé Ryan and how supportive he has been.
The pair met in 2015 and started dating a year later.
