Why can’t my husband climax anymore when we have sex?
DEAR DEIDRE: MY husband has stopped climaxing and I’m worried it’s because he doesn’t find me attractive any more.
We’ve always had a really good sexual relationship and marriage but over the past few months, whenever we have intercourse he hasn’t been able to ejaculate, no matter how long we try for.

My bum and tum aren’t as firm these days.
He’s reluctant to go to the doctor about this issue. And although he does like a drink, he doesn’t have any health issues we are aware of.

So encourage your husband to cut back on the boozing and take more exercise too.
Some men do lose their ability to climax as they get older, but there are many other ways of maintaining intimacy and it’s better to dwell on the positives and what you both enjoy rather than what you miss.
I’m sure your husband does still find you attractive, so try to focus on helping him with this issue.
