FEDEX is one of the biggest delivery service companies in the United States.
As many people shop ahead of the holidays, there could be delays in deliveries with high volumes of orders, along with outages on the website.
Is FedEx tracking down?
According to DownDetector, users began to experience outages with their FedEx tracking numbers on Friday evening, November 26, around 8pm EST.
67 percent of users reported an issue with their tracking number. Meanwhile, 25 percent of folks said they had an issue using the FedEx website.
Only 8 percent of users are reporting problems on the app.
“FedEx tracking has been down for the past hour or so…. seems that no packages can be tracked at this time!” one user noted on the DownDetector site.

Another observed: “FedEx online tracking continues to indicate that it’s unable to provide tracking information. The live chat is also unavailable.”
According to DownDetector’s map, large cities such as New York, Seattle, San Francisco and Chicago are experiencing the most outages.

One way to see if FedEx’s website is experiencing outages is with DownDetector.
The website will reveal whether or not there are outages online with the website, where folks can track packages and check to see if items have shipped.
When else has FedEx experienced outages?
According to DownDetector, FedEx experienced outages on their website three times in November this year: the 16th, 20th and 24th.
