WAYNE Bridge has revealed how wife Frankie trained ahead of her I’m A Celebrity stint.
Having experienced all the show has to offer himself, ex-footballer Wayne decided to put her through a mock bushtucker trial.Frankie Bridge in training for her I’m A Celebrity stint[/caption] An eating challenge left her gagging[/caption]
Roping in the couple’s sons Parker and Carter to help, Frankie was the blindfolded for an eating challenge.
Luckily for her the mystery foods were nowhere near as stomach-churning as those she might face in the castle.
First up was Nesquik powder which Frankie said tasted nice but was really dry.
Second on the menu was chocolate custard which Frankie was fed from a spoon.
Finally, the boys gave Frankie a sniff of some soup before switching spoons and feeding her tomato ketchup.
It left her gagging and spitting as she exclaimed: “Oh my god”.

“The boys and I went to wales with Frank for a bit, to spend some time together before she goes into the castle and to help get her prepped for what’s ahead!
A few windy walks with Turbo, a lot of mud and some prep talks… and I think she’s ready!!!
“I honestly couldn’t be prouder of her…Me and the boys are buzzing for it all to start Sunday!!!
Frankie admitted she feels “pressure” to win I’m A Celeb after already been made bookies’ favourite.
Speaking about how hard that is for her, the mum-of-two said: “I don’t really like that. It adds pressure but it also doesn’t mean anything. The great thing with I’m A Celebrity is people go in who you might not know and you get to know them in really weird situations.
“You don’t know how people will like you a few weeks in. I feel more pressure with my friends and family. They love me and they’re like ‘you’re going to smash it’ and I think ‘oh no, what if I don’t?’”
She added: “I was one of the favourites to win Strictly and I definitely didn’t so I don’t think it means anything.”
Frankie is following in the footsteps of her husband, former footballer Wayne Bridge, who took part in the programme in Australia in 2016.
The star said her husband loved his experience which had made her curious about taking part.
