Killing Eve bosses planning to bring out range of kitchen utensils including knives
KILLING Eve bosses hope fans will fork out for the show’s range of kitchen utensils.
Producers of the murder-filled BBC thriller have registered the name with the Intellectual Property Office for items including knives.
A TV source said: “Killing Eve has been a huge success and really put Jodie Comer and Sandra Oh on the map.
“The producers are keen to protect their baby, and have trademarked the name against various items.
“I’m sure they can come up with a kitchen utensil or two that hitwoman Villanelle would be delighted to use.”
Makers Sid Gentle Films made their point by applying for trademarks under the classifications for jewellery, bags and toys, as well as utensils.
The news comes days after The Sun revealed shooting of the finale had Jodie’s Villanelle in a bloody clinch with Sandra’s Eve Polastri.
Our exclusive pictures of filming on what is billed as the final series showed the pair on a boat on the River Thames, in a tight embrace as a shot rings out.

A TV insider said: “In the spirit of the show, it’s not clear who, if anyone, has been bumped off.
“It looks like the story could even have been left open for another future season.
“The action certainly seemed to hook the attention of passers-by who couldn’t believe what they were seeing.
“And there was a moment of high tension as the sound of gunshots echoed around the Thames.”
