Watch: Bay Area storm topples semi-truck, makes porta-potties dance
The “atmospheric river” that pummeled the Bay Area also brought some astonishing sights. A driver captured heavy winds topple over a semi-truck on the Richmond-San Rafael bridge Sunday. And a fan outside Levi’s Stadium caught the dance of the porta-potties.

Scenes of residents coping with the biggest storm in the region in two years poured into social media. The rain closed streets and highways and knocked out power from the North Bay to the South Bay. And heavy rain is expected to continue in portions of the Bay Area on Monday morning.
