Teen, 17, arrested after girl, 15, ‘pulled into sea and raped’ at Bournemouth beach
A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has been arrested after a 15-year-old girl was allegedly pulled into the sea and raped.
The girl was with pals at Bournemouth Beach on the hottest day of the year when she began talking to a teenage boy.

The shocking incident that took place near the Oceanarium on the west of Bournemouth Pier at around 4pm on July 18.
Dorset Police’s Major Crime Investigation Team launched an investigation.
Cops launched enquiries and issues an e-fit appeal and televised appeal on BBC One show Crimewatch Live.
ARREST MADE
A 17-year-old boy from the Warwickshire area has been arrested on suspicion of rape and is assisting detectives with their enquiries.
The brave 15-year-old spoke out after her terrifying ordeal.

She told how she was left “in tears” after she was dragged into deeper water by her attacker when a ball she had been playing with landed near him.
The traumatised 15-year-old explained how she had been enjoying the sunshine with her pals when they went into the water to play with a ball.
She said: “One throw and it landed near next to a man – or a boy. I asked ‘can you give me the ball back ‘ and he said no.
“I came closer to him and asked again – he gave it to me and I threw it to my friend.
POLICE INVESTIGATION
“He started talking to me and touching my arm – at the same time, another man was making my friend uncomfortable so she left the sea.
“I was alone now and he started to push me out into deep water and I couldn’t feel my feet on the sea floor. It was then he started touching me.
“No one could see what was happening and it was then that he raped me.”
A Dorset Police spokesman said: “Detectives investigating the reported rape of a teenage girl at Bournemouth beach have arrested a teenage boy.
“It was reported that at around 4pm on Sunday 18 July 2021 a 15-year-old girl was with friends in the sea near to the Oceanarium when she began talking to a teenage boy.
“The boy allegedly pulled her out deeper into the sea, where he is reported to have raped her.
“Detectives from Dorset Police’s Major Crime Investigation Team launched an investigation into the incident.
“Following enquiries, including an e-fit appeal and televised appeal on BBC One show Crimewatch Live, a 17-year-old boy from the Warwickshire area has been arrested on suspicion of rape and is assisting detectives with their enquiries.”
