West Ham 1 Man Utd 2: Jesse Lingard makes up for midweek gaffe with stunning winner as Noble misses last-gasp penalty
MANCHESTER UNITED have gone level on points with Liverpool at the top of the Premier League with a 2-1 win against West Ham on Sunday.
Jesse Lingard scored a superb 89th-minute strike for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side before substitute Mark Noble missed a last-gasp penalty.

But Man Utd were back on level terms just five minutes later thanks to Cristiano Ronaldo, converting a neat Bruno Fernandes delivery.
The game was heading for a draw until Lingard produced a stunning hit against his former club with just minutes remaining on the clock.
And West Ham could have scored a late equaliser when Noble was introduced to take a late pen – only for David de Gea to save his effort.
