It’s entirely made from embroidery by designer Youmeng Liu, 32.
This full English looks SEW good… but it’s all embroidery[/caption]She creates a smorgasbord of tasty treats all using just a needle and thread. Youmeng, originally from China but living in Bristol, said: “They are all so difficult to make. The whole English breakfast took over three months.”
She added: “Every piece has lots of intricate detail which is why they are all so difficult to make.
“The toast piece took around three weeks and I used unbranded silk threads to express the different parts of a toast.
“The edge is crispy and darker compared to the more softer inside.

“I enjoyed the process to sculpt the embroidery with my scissors, with different angles and depths of each cut giving different texture.
“The most enjoyable part is when I touch the texture of a finished piece which gives me a pleasant and comfortable feeling.”
So, not fast food after all, then.
