Beach Training in Santa Cruz on Sunday, July 25
Open to all Karate people in the area! Free!*
Training will begin at 9:00am on Sunday, July 25, on the beach. Please prepare time for driving, parking and getting situated. We are starting relatively early to beat the crowds that will be there a little later. Please plan to arrive by 8:30. Take a right after you enter the parking area at the gate, driving down the hill and taking your first left. We will probably be fairly close to the restrooms, which is just past the cement ship. The what? Yeah. There is a cement ship there. Funny story. See link below for more on that if you’re interested.
For Silicon Valley Karate members, please see email for more information.

Karate-gi (uniform) optional. If you are wearing a uniform, you may want to wear a swimsuit underneath if you plan to hang out at the beach following the training.
The weather is expected to be “partly cloudy,” which likely means it will be cloudy/foggy during our training and then clear up a bit later.
*Please note that parking at this beach is $10/car
