The Binibining Pilipinas candidates showed off their most glamorous looks in the evening gown segment at the pageant’s coronation night on Sunday, July 11.
After several postponements, the pageant was finally held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, and the candidates had their opportunity to model formal wear by their chosen designers.
Details of their dress were explained in a voiceovers as each candidate modeled their looks on stage.

Gabrielle Camille Basiano, Borongan, Eastern Samar
Gabrielle wore a gold and white beaded gown with an embellished veil that she removed at the end of her walk to symbolize “the hope of unmasking” the worries of the world. She was later named Best in Long Gown.
Patrizia Mariah Garcia, Manila
Patrizia wore a Michael Leyva gown in bright yellow, which “shines the brightest among all the colors.”
Karen Laurrie Mendoza, Iloilo
Karen wore a red and black gown that represents “the loving heart of an Ilongga.”
Graciella Lehmann, Oriental Mindoro
Graciella wore a glowing gold and orange gown inspired by the Santelmo, a mythical fire spirit.
Maria Francesca Taruc, Angeles City, Pampanga
Francesca dazzled in a Benj Leguiab creation in green, symbolizing “harmony, health, and hope.”
Meiji Cruz, Valenzuela City
Meiji strutted onstage in a red gown to represent the “power to ignite the fire in me despite the challenges life throws.”
Jashmin Dimaculangan, Albay
Jashmin’s gown is a collaboration with her sister, and makes the candidate feel “sexy and sophisticated.”
Samantha Panlilio, Cavite City
The candidate’s gown “embodies confidence,” and celebrates her strength.
Patricia Denise Babista, Quezon Province
Patricia wore a white gown by Paolo Blanco. “White is the color of new beginnings, and this is only the start of my journey,” she said.
Honey Grace Cartasano, Antipolo
Honey paid homage to the original pageant queens, Manila’s carnival queens. The elaborate dark blue gown “symbolizes the royalty of a true queen,” she said.
Hannah Arnold, Masbate
Hannah wore a sweet, sequined gown with a full skirt that she removed to reveal a more sophisticated silhouette. “In my biggest milestones, I have always had a touch of pink with me,” she said.
Maureen Montagne, Batangas
Maureen wore a gold gown “to represent strength.”
Cinderella Faye Obeñita, Cagayan de Oro
The candidate wore a blue strapless gown, inspired by the sky and reaching new heights. – Rappler.com
