Boris spotted swimming off Cornwall coast ahead of crunch G7 and EU trade talks
‘Sausage wars’ will take up much of Boris Johnson’s time today, but that doesn’t mean he gets a day off from his own battle against the bulge.

Johnson, 56, was pictured swimming in Carbis Bay near the hotel where he is staying for the global summit.
The PM – who married Carrie Symonds, 33, earlier this month – was also pictured jogging on the beach.
His chilly morning dunk might serve as good preparation for the frosty reception he’ll receive from EU leaders later today.
Crunch talks are pencilled in this afternoon as the UK looks prevent a trade war from erupting over regulations on chilled meats entering Northern Ireland, which are due to come in to force later this month.
The British government wants to delay the planned checks and renegotiate the deal it signed to exit the EU in order to avoid any trade barriers between the province and the rest of the UK – but that could lead to retaliation from Brussels.
Post-Brexit trade tensions – dubbed the ‘sausage wars’ – are threatening to overshadow the UK’s hosting of the key summit on a day international leaders were scheduled to work on a shared plan to prevent future pandemics.
