Michelle Keegan explains why she doesn’t use Mark Wright’s surname after six years of marriage
MICHELLE Keegan has revealed why she doesn’t use her married name six years after getting hitched to Mark Wright.
The former Coronation Street star, 33, said: “Legally I’m a Wright but for interviews or work I would be a Keegan.”

Speaking to Mark’s sister Jess Wright, 35, on the Girls No Filter podcast she said: “I know what it is, I’m just used to Keegan.
“Legally, I’m a Wright but I think for work – every time I do an interview I would be a Keegan.”
She added: “It’s weird, I do think times are different now though, I do.

“My aunty has kept her maiden name and she’s been married for like ten years now.
“She’s still her maiden name, my mum is her maiden name, she hasn’t changed her’s either.”
The former Towie star, 34, and Michelle got married six years ago today at a church in Bury St Edmunds before a huge party at Hengrave Hall, Suffolk.
This week the actress posted a string of pictures of them at the fancy venue, enjoying a glass of champagne each on the lawn.
